Our expertise in luxury interior design

A beautiful scheme is only half the job. The other half is making sure the joinery fits, the lighting lands where it should and the finish on the wall matches the sample. Because we build what we design, that half is ours too.

  • Concept and layout

How you live in the space, then what it looks like. For workspaces, see office space design.

  • Materials and finishes

Stone, timber, glass and specialist paint, chosen on samples before anything is ordered.

  • Bespoke joinery

Dressing rooms, wardrobes and panelling designed by our team.

  • Lighting design

Downlights, pendants and smart controls layered around daylight and views.

  • Furniture and styling

Furniture, mirrors, art and the final dressing of each room.

  • Delivery on site

The same team builds the scheme, so nothing gets lost between design and build.

How an interior design project runs

We meet, see the property and agree what the project needs to achieve. Design projects start from £15,000; scope is set at the consultation.

Mood, layout and palette. At Kensington Olympia the client wanted a timeless monochrome scheme; we brought in a blue Italian paint finish for the reception rooms.

Joinery drawings, lighting plans and finishes schedules, agreed on drawings and samples before site.

Our team builds it, from walls and services to the last piece of joinery. More on the build side: home renovation.

Furniture, art and accessories placed; every snag closed before you move in.

High-end interior design: your questions

How much does high-end interior design cost?

Our design projects start from £15,000. What the fee covers is agreed at the consultation, because every home and brief is different. Our guide to luxury home design costs explains what drives the budget.

Do you build what you design?

Yes. Design and build sit under one contract, from the first concept to the final snag.

What does a high-end interior mean in practice?

Detail you notice up close: joints that line up, joinery made for the room, materials chosen for how they age, and lighting planned with the architecture. See how we approach luxury materials.

Can you work on an apartment in an occupied tower?

Yes. Both Pan Peninsula and Kensington Olympia were in occupied residential buildings.

Do you design whole houses, including architecture?

Yes. For layout and structural changes, see high end residential architecture.

How long does an interior project take?

Build time on our penthouse projects was 10 weeks (Pan Peninsula, 290 sq m) and 12 weeks (Kensington Olympia, 400 sq m), after design sign-off.
